Snagit (Windows): An error occurred when trying to sign-in. Please try again.

Problem 1

After updating to Snagit 13.1, I am no longer signed into Snagit.

Sharing to Screencast results in the following error.

Solution 1

This is a known issue. Please sign in again, and try sharing to Screencast and the share should be successful. This error should only occur one time.
