We are unable to contact the TechSmith server. Please check your connection to the Internet.
This issue can usually occur if you are behind a proxy or firewall which blocks the connection to our update server. Another cause to the issue is if TLS 1.0 is unchecked in your Internet Explorer options. As a workaround:
- open Internet Explorer Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
- Check the box for "Use TLS 1.0" Click Apply and OK.
- Restart Camtasia and check for updates
