Sometimes, when uninstalling Snagit 2021 or Snagit 2022 manually from the computer, Snagit 2023 loses the ability to share assets from the TechSmith Asset Store directly to Snagit or log into Panapto.
To resolve this issue, please run an application repair on Snagit 2023. You can find this option by opening Control Panel, clicking on Uninstall a Program, then selecting Snagit 2023 in the list and choosing "Change." In the window that pops up, select Repair:
After running the repair, open Snagit and try sharing to Panapto/importing an asset again.
