TechSmith Relay: Audio sync problems when CPU is under heavy load during recording

It is possible that you may experience audio sync problems in the resulting video if the CPU is under heavy load (100%) during the recording process.  The recording process itself shouldn't cause this CPU load however other tasks being run simultaneously can impact the performance.  To help mitigate this issue, it is recommend that all non-essential software be closed during presentations/recordings.

If this is an issue you have experienced, please contact Techncial Support and provide information about your recording system.

Relay Recorder does not support external audio interface hardware such as Motu, M-Audio, and similar.   These devices will cause synchronization issues and may refuse to record the audio streams properly with the software.
