TechSmith Relay: Windows recorder crashes with low disk space

The Windows recorder will crash when there is less than 2 gigabytes (GB) of hard drive space on the local computer. Presenters should receive a warning message prior to recording when disk space is limited.

Since video content will consume a fair amount of disk space, it is recommended that you have at least 10GB available on the system drive before starting a recording. If you encounter this issue, please make more disk space available and try another capture.
