After logging into TechSmith Relay Recorder, no profiles are available for a presenter even though profiles are associated with the user account and can be viewed on the Camtasia Relay website.
This issue has been resolved for Camtasia Relay 3.0.3 and later.
This problem may occur when there is a misconfigured (offline) endpoint on the TechSmith Relay server. Please check the Servers page on the Camtasia Relay website and make sure that there is not an offline Server listed. To remove the offline server, please contact Technical Support.
