TechSmith Relay: Error “iTunesU Invalid Site Account: The account that was supplied for the iTunes U site does not have permission to upload files.”

When attempting to configure the iTunes U output in Relay, Relay returns with an error of

iTunesU Invalid Site Account: The account that was supplied for the iTunes U site does not have permission to upload files.

To help resolve this issue, verify that the user credentials being used in Relay have appropriate permissions to upload content. 

The time on the Relay server may also cause authentication with Apple to fail with this message.  Please make ensure that your server time is synced with a internet time provider or the domain time server.  If you are having difficulties, consult your System administrator for instructions on how to properly sync the servers time.
