When configuring an iTunes U Publishing Destination in Relay, please use your domain name in the "Site URL" field. If you are currently accessing your iTunes U site with a URL such as:
https://deimos.apple.com/WebObjects/Core.woa/Browse/mydomain.com
It should be modified to include only the domain portion of the URL:
mydomain.com
