This is a known issue with the 4.0.2 release of TechSmith Relay Server that may cause the service to be unavailable for end users. Specifically, the Relay Manager service will be in a stopped state and attempting to start this service on the Camtasia Relay Server will produce the following error in the Windows Event Viewer in TechSmith folder:
This error causes service interruption for end users and is therefore a serious problem. Camtasia Relay Server versions 4.0.3 (Release 4/10/2012) (and later) address this issue. If you had installed version 4.0.2, it is recommended that you install the newest version as soon as possible. We regret any inconvenience this has caused you.
