This can happen when IIS is configured to require a secure channel using SSL for delivering and receiving content.
To access this setting, click on: Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS). Then expand and locate the "Default Website" and right-click Properties > Directory Security > Secure Communication: Edit > uncheck "Require secure channel (SSL)".
The option of "Require secure channel (SSL)" forces all traffic to and from IIS to be encrypted with SSL. This will cause problems with the upload process if enabled. With this option uncheck, presenter's credentials are still encrypted. Its only the video content that is sent unencrypted.
