TechSmith Relay (Self-Hosted): Running the TechSmith Relay software on a virtual server

TechSmith Relay may be run in a virtualized environment; however, it is necessary to allocate appropriate processor and memory resources due to the demanding nature of transcoding video content.  Running the TechSmith Relay server on an underpowered or multipurpose virtual machine is not recommended and will result in poor performance.
