TechSmith has a long history of supporting our products with free support, and priority support for maintenance customers. To better serve our customers, we are changing our support policy to reflect the needs of our customers. We hope that providing this information to you will help you make informed decisions regarding upgrading and using TechSmith products.
We will continue to support a product for 3 years from the last release of that version. To view the versions of TechSmith software that are supported on which operating systems, please see the following articles.
If you are currently running an older version, please be aware that you are eligible to upgrade to the current version of the product at a significant discount. Please contact our Sales team to learn more about upgrading.
