Attempting to view video from an iOS device generates "Frame load interrupted" or video never plays with an endless loading "spinner".

iOS devices with the Safari option of "Private Browsing" enabled will introduce playback issues when the source content is contained within a Password Protected folder.

On the iPhone or iPod with the TechSmith Smart Player app installed, will generate the error message of "Frame load interrupted" when the Smart Player attempts to playback the content.  On the iPad, after clicking the play button on the content, the video will be unable to load and you will be presented with an endless loading "spinner".

This issue is currently under investigation.  Until this issue is resolved on, please temporarily disable the Private Browsing option in Safari.  For information on how to disable this feature in Safari, please see review Apple's documentation.
