Morae: After importing a RDG file into Manager, I cannot see the PIP video

This can be caused by a problem with the Web camera software. 

To resolve this issue

  1. Choose Start > Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs.
  2. Uninstall both the Web camera software the camera drivers. 
  3. Restart the computer.
  4. After rebooting, download the newest drivers from the Web cameras manufacturer's site and install them. 
  5. Once installed, reboot the computer again. 
  6. Now try Morae Recorder again with the Web camera.
