Jing (Mac): Manage Account button does nothing when clicked

Problem

Clicking on Manage Account does nothing.

Solution

    1. Make sure Jing is closed.  For a review on these steps, please visit this link:
    2. Quit or Restart Jing
    3. Open a new finder window and browse to the menu bar item Go > Go to folder
    4. Copy and paste the following and hit Enter:  ~/Library/Preferences/com.techsmith.jing

    5. In the Preferences folder you will need to delete any files that start with com.techsmith.jing

    6. Now reopen Jing.  You will be prompted with the window below, please choose Sign In > Use existing account and enter your Jing credentials
