Currently systems that have a date and time setting that is set to something other than MM/DD/YYYY can cause a conflict when the file is being uploaded to Screencast.com.
This is an issue that will need to be resolved by our Screencast.com team in a future update. Unfortunately, the only work around currently is to set the date and time format on your system toMM/DD/YYYY in the following location depending on your Operating System.
Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings > Customize
Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10
Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Regional and Language Options > Change this Format > Date
Mac OS X
Apple menu > System Preferences > Data & Time > Open Language & Text... > Formats tab > Region > Set to United States
