Here at TechSmith we are always trying to listen to our customers and help them in any way possible. This is especially true of our Support department. Of course we want you to use our software, but we want you to be successful in using it as well. However, we do not always have someone available on phone, chat or email (sometimes even we need to sleep). That being said, our knowledge base can hopefully help you answer any questions or solve a problem you might have encountered. We are always looking to improve our knowledge base with new articles and more robust content, including increased use of video.
