Morae: Entering Your License Key

Morae Activation
 
Morae Recorder and Morae Observer do not require any activation.  Recorder and Observer can be used as soon as they are installed. Morae Manager is the only component where activation is needed.
 
If neither of the options below are working, you may need an additional activation for your license key.  Please submit a ticket with our Customer Service team here.  Or, call at 1-800-517-3001 x636 Monday-Friday, from 8am-7pm EST. 
 
Internet Activation
NOTE: If your computer is behind a proxy or a secure network, internet activation may not work.  Please follow the steps for the phone activation in this case.
  1. Launch Morae Manager
  2. In the window that opens, choose Activate Now
  3. Select Internet Activation
  4. Enter the software key that would have been provided at the time of purchase

Phone Activation
  1. Launch Morae Manager
  2. In the window that opens, choose Activate Now
  3. Select Phone Activation
  4. A Challenge Code will be presented on the screen.   At this point, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-517-3001 x636 Monday-Friday, from 8am-7pm EST.   They will be able to provide you with a unique Response Code for the Challenge Code on the screen.

    NOTE: Closing out of this window will result in a new challenge code being generated.

  5. On the next screen, enter the software key that would have been provided at the time of purchase.
