When you update your operating system, update Coach's Eye, or are looking for the tools on another device that you use with the same account, you will need to restore your in-app purchases.
To restore your in-app purchases:
- Make sure you have a solid Internet connection. Open up the Coach's Eye app on your mobile device and tap on the Store icon in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
- A yellow tag in the upper right-hand corner of an item indicates which items you have already purchased. Tap on Restore, in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to restore your in-app purchases. may be prompted to supply your Apple credentials (we check with Apple's servers to validate the purchase). All items you have purchased should now be available for use.
- You may need to do a force quit of the app and hard reboot of your device for the changes to take effect.
