In some situations when your device or Coach's Eye is unresponsive or experiencing errors it may be necessary to do a force quit of the app and a "hard" reboot of your device. This causes the device to completely shut down and turn back on.
- Double press on the Home button.
- Swipe left or right until you have located the Coach's Eye app.
- Swipe the app's preview up to close it.
To execute a hard reboot do the following:
Hold down the Sleep and Wake button at the same time until the Apple logo appears (may take up to 15 seconds). The phone will shut down and turn on, then the Apple logo will appear.
After the hard boot check to see if your device / app is responding normally.
