Access your Teams Dashboard to create a new team, delete a team, make edits to any of your teams, as well as learn how many roster seats you have available and how much storage is being used.
To access your Teams Dashboard:
- Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc) and then select Sign In to sign into your account.
- Once logged in, click on your user icon in the top right corner to bring up the drop down menu.
- From the drop down menu, select LOCKER DASHBOARD.
- You are now in your Teams Dashboard. Under the Teams section you can see how many active teams you currently have.
a. Click on EDIT LOCKERS (A) to perform any of the following actions:
1. Add new Teams.
2. Invite new Team members.
3. Delete Teams.
*Please Note: Deleting a user from one of your team's rosters does not
remove them from all of the teams they have joined. To remove a user from
all of your rosters, please see step 6a of this article.
4. Edit Team name.
When you're satisfied, click on the X in the upper left-hand corner of the pop-up window to exit.
b. Click on + LOCKER (B) to create a new team.-
Under the Roster section you can see how many roster seats you're currently using in comparison to how many roster seats you have purchased.
a. Click on EDIT ROSTER (A) to view your Master Roster (a list of all of the users from all of your teams) or delete users from your Master Roster.
Click on the trash can icon to delete users from your Master Roster.
*Please Note: Deleting a user from your Master Roster will delete them from all of your teams they have joined.
When you're satisfied, click on the X in the upper left-hand corner of the pop-up window to exit.
b. Click on + SEATS (B) to purchase additional seats for your Master Roster.
Click the email link or Contact Us button to email our sales team for assistance with adding seats to your account.
When you're satisfied, click on the X in the upper left-hand corner of the pop-up window to exit.
- Under the Storage section you can see the percentage of storage you're currently using in comparison to the total amount of storage you have.
a. Click on VIEW USAGE (A) to see how many uploads each of your teams has.
When you're satisfied, click on the X in the upper left-hand corner of the pop-up window to exit.
b. Click on + STORAGE (B) to purchase additional storage (available in quantities of 100 GB).
