What sports can Coach’s Eye be used for?
The nice thing about Coach's Eye is that it can be used for any sport. How you use it will be different, but there is no reason that you couldn't take advantage of video analysis for any sport. Complete List. Are you using Coach’s Eye for something cool or interesting? We’d love to hear from you.
Why do I need to create a TechSmith account to share my videos?
A TechSmith account is required for you to easily share your videos with others via text message or email. The account also allows you to login and see all the videos that you have shared with others and viewed.

II. Device FAQ
Will Coach’s Eye run on my device?
The Coach's Eye app is currently available for Apple iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 13.4 (or later), Apple Watch devices running watchOS 4.3 (or later), Android devices (running OS 7.0 or later), Windows phones and tablets running 8.1 or later (only with a TEAMS subscription).
III. Recording, Importing and Viewing Options
Can I import videos that were recorded with a different camera?
Maybe. Coach’s Eye on iOS can accept videos in .MP4, .MOV, or .M4V formats. Coach’s Eye on Android can accept .3GP and .MP4 videos that are recorded in 720p or lesser. The Coach’s Eye team is still exploring different types of cameras and the app’s ability to accept videos from these different sources.
With a VIP or TEAMS subscription, you have access to our Web Video Uploader, which will allow you to upload existing .MP4 or .MOV files.

Do Coach’s Eye videos have to be viewed on mobile devices?
No, Coach's Eye videos can be viewed on mobile devices or computers.

IV. Video Privacy Options
How does video privacy work with sharing videos?
Coach’s Eye uploads your video to our server and creates a unique URL for you to share. Who you share it with is up to you. We currently allow you to choose Unlisted or Public.
Where will “Public” videos show up?
Currently, publicly shared videos can be seen in the Explore tab of the Coach’s Eye app. They can also show up on our Leaderboard if they have a lot of views.
I accidentally shared my video publicly and would like to change the setting. How do I change the privacy setting after the video has been shared?
The easiest way to do this is to click the video link and then log into your Coach's Eye TechSmith account. Once you have done that you can change the privacy setting for that video and any others that you have shared.
