Snagit (Mac): output not showing my email address


I am able to share to, however my email address is not showing up when viewing the preferences.


This is a known issue that our Engineers are currently investigating. You should still be able to share to using the same account that was used to sign into Snagit with. This can be found by browsing to the file menu Snagit > YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
