Snagit (Mac): Screencast.com output not showing my email address

Problem

I am able to share to Screencast.com, however my email address is not showing up when viewing the preferences.

Solution

This is a known issue that our Engineers are currently investigating. You should still be able to share to Screencast.com using the same account that was used to sign into Snagit with. This can be found by browsing to the file menu Snagit > YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
