This problem has been fixed in TechSmith Relay 5.1.0 (released August 30th, 2016).

We now have a patch available to fix this problem.  This patch does require that the TechSmith Relay application (on the server) is up to date (5.0.7).  Please submit a ticket to our Support team for instructions on applying the patch.

Note: Do not attempt to create a new client ID or a client secret, as this will require current users to re-authenticate, and therefore cause the error for all users.

Original Post

This is a problem that our Engineers are currently investigating. Users who have already authenticated with YouTube should still be able to submit presentations using the same profile. New users who have not yet authenticated with YouTube, will be presented with this error.
