TechSmith Relay (Self-Hosted): Mac Recorders not able to connect

When setting up a new TechSmith Relay server, the Mac TechSmith Relay recorder may encounter a situation where all Mac recorders cannot properly connect to the server.

To resolve this issue:

1)  Verify and disable the Server Name Indication (SNI) in IIS Configuration Manager on the TechSmith Relay server.  Uncheck the box and click 'OK' to submit the change.

2)  Restart the IIS Services
