The Account Information page allows you to change the email address associated with your Screencast.com account. This is the email address that you use to sign in to Screencast.com.
- Sign in to your Screencast.com account.
- Navigate to the Account page by clicking on the account widget in the upper righthand corner of the page and clicking My Account.
- Click the Change Email link.
- The TechSmith My Accountpage opens. In the Primary Profile section, click Edit.
- Enter the new email address in the Primary Email fields, confirm your email address in the field below it, and click Save Changes.
- An email is sent to the new address. Open the email and click Yes, change my email address to confirm the change.
The email address associated with your Screencast.com account is now changed. Sign out and then back in to Screencast.com to see the changes reflected on the My Account page. Make sure to use the new email address the next time you sign in.
