Change or Reset Account Password

If you know your current password, but want to change it, follow these steps.

 

If you forget or lose your password, visit our Reset Password page and select "I forgot my password" to receive instructions on resetting your password.

 

  1. Sign in to Screencast.com and navigate to the My Account page.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. The TechSmith Account page opens. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter you current password and a new password and click Save Changes.

The page confirms that your password has been changed.
