Change or Reset Account Password

If you forget or lose your password, visit our Reset Password page and select "I forgot my password" to receive instructions on resetting your password.

To change a Screencast.com account password:

  1. Sign in to Screencast.com and navigate to the My Account page.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. The TechSmith Account page opens. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter you current password and a new password and click Save Changes.


The page confirms that your password has been changed. The next time you sign in to Screencast.com, remember to use your new password!
