Snagit (Windows): Stamp Searching is Not Working

Problem

When searching for stamps, no results are returned no matter what term is used.

Solution

The Stamp searching relies on Windows indexing. If Windows indexing is paused, disabled, or not working, then searching for Stamps in Snagit will likely have problems. So first, check the status of Windows Indexing.

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Open the Indexing Options category.
