TechSmith Relay (Hosted): No Password reset being sent


When attempting to sign into the TechSmith Relay Website, the following error is displayed:

As part of enhanced security, you must choose a new password in order to access your account.
We just emailed [YOUR EMAIL] 
   please check your inbox and follow the instructions to choose a new password.


After being prompted with this message, no Password reset is sent to either the inbox or spam.



This is a known issue that the development team is currently investigating. If trying to sign in through another browser does not help, please try the manual password reset from the link here.
