I've Purchased the Pro Subscription. Why Is It Still Saying I Am at the Free Status?

When you purchase a Screencast Pro subscription, there is an additional step in transferring your free Screencast Account to Pro. You will need to enter the software key to activate the Pro features from your emailed receipt or order confirmation page.

Click Activate Pro Account to enter your key.


Order Confirmation

Click Activate Now to enter your key.
