How Can I Reinstall Software That I Have Already Purchased?

To reinstall the software that you have already purchased, use the same download link and software key provided in your emailed receipt.

The software should start downloading automatically, and you can view the TechSmith download page with further instructions.

If you do not have access to your receipt:

  1. Visit manage.techsmith.com and sign in to your TechSmith Account.
  2. Go to the Keys tab.
  3. Locate the software that you need to reinstall and select Download.

    If your software key is not listed, select Save a key or Save another key, enter your key, and save it. Then you can clear the key activations.

    You can also download your purchase at myaccount.techsmith.com > My Products.
