When clicking Submit Answers, the TechSmith Smart Player stops and displays the message:
We’re attempting to save your response. Please make sure you have an active internet Connection
You may also get a message where the player turns red and reports:
Unable to submit quiz feedback. Please refer the video owner to this help article.
This issue occurs when more than one recipient email address is entered during the rendering process from Camtasia.
To resolve this issue, the video creator needs to open the original project and change the Recipient email address to a single email. Then produce and upload the video.
