Problem
When clicking Submit Answers, the TechSmith Smart Player stops and displays the message:
We’re attempting to save your response. Please make sure you have an active internet Connection
You may also get a message where the player turns red and reports:
Invalid Quiz
Unable to submit quiz feedback. Please refer the video owner to this help article.
Solution
Select Help > Check for Updates in Camtasia to install the latest version. Export the video again after updating Camtasia.
