Multi-seat subscriptions are recurring, meaning that you purchase a product for a month or year, and then decide whether to renew the subscription or let it expire.
If you would like to renew your multi-seat subscription, you can do one of the following.
|Turn on auto-renewal
Multi-seat subscriptions purchased with a credit card
Every month or year, the system automatically renews your multi-seat subscription and processes the renewal amount on your primary credit card.
|Renew the subscription early
All multi-seat subscriptions
You can renew your subscription during the last 30 days of the current billing month or year.
This option is available for all multi-seat subscriptions, no matter if they have auto-renewal on or off.
|Renew the subscription after it expires
All multi-seat subscriptions with auto-renewal off/unavailable
If your multi-seat subscription expires, you have 30 days to renew it.
