Unable to log into Coach's Eye on Android device - Google

Solution

This issue has recently cropped up with Android devices and is associated with Google being a linked account with your TechSmith account. Please do the following:

  1. From a computer, open: https://myaccount.techsmith.com
  2. Sign in with your email address and password. This should be the same password you use with Coach's Eye.
  3. Opening Settings:

  4. Look at Linked Accounts and disconnect Google:

  5. Try signing into the Coach's Eye app from your Android device again.
