Sign in with Google fails.
Error: Problem Signing In
We're sorry, but signing in failed. Please check your Internet connection and try again.
This issue has recently cropped up with Android devices and is associated with Google being a linked account with your TechSmith account. Please do the following:
- From a computer, open: https://myaccount.techsmith.com
- Sign in with your email address and password. This should be the same password you use with Coach's Eye.
- Opening Settings:
- Look at Linked Accounts and disconnect Google:
- Try signing into the Coach's Eye app from your Android device again.
