Problem
When attempting to preview a quiz within Camtasia, the screen is blank white.
Solution
This is fixed in Camtasia 2020 and later.
This is a known issue in Camtasia 2019. When you render/export out the project, the quiz will be there and look fine. It is only the preview portion within Camtasia which is not working at this time.
For a workaround, please do the following:
- Completely close out of Camtasia.
- Go to this location on your machine: ~/Library/Application Support/TechSmith/Camtasia 2019/SmartPlayer.
- Delete all of the files you see in the SmartPlayer folder.
- Restart the computer and then try Camtasia again.
