When attempting to share to Screencast from Camtasia, Camtasia displays a message that says "Upload Failed".
In Camtasia 2019 or earlier, please do the following:
- Open your Keychain Access utilities on your Mac (this can be found in your Utilities or searching for Keychain in the spotlight search bar).
- Once in there, search for TechSmith Account - Camtasia 2019.
- Right click on TechSmith Account - Camtasia 2019 and choose Delete.
- Restart the computer.
- Open Camtasia and try sharing to Screencast.
