Problem
Keep getting the error "Please enter a valid email address" when signing in. Email address has a special character or hyphen. (Example: this-email@testemail.com)
Solution
This issue has recently come up as a bug with the Android release. Our Dev Team is aware of the issue and are working on an update that will fix the bug. We do not have an anticipated release date at this time.
Workaround:
Use an email address that does not have a special character.
