I am uploading to a recording with TechSmith Capture and the upload progress bar is stuck or not moving.
Please try all of the troubleshooting steps below.
- Option 1: Wait a bit
- Option 2: Locate the recording from the Temp Directory
- Option 3: Open a support ticket
Option 1: Wait a bit
It is possible that the upload may need to take longer then usual to fully upload. Letting the upload window set for approximately the same time as the duration of the recording may allow the upload to finalize.
Option 2: Locate the recording from the Temp Directory
We can locate the recording within the Temp directory using the steps at the article here .
The recording should remain in the TEMP directory while the Preview Window is open, and so long as the Close Preview button has not selected during the upload (clicking the Close Preview button WILL delete your recording).
Option 3: Open a support ticket
