Upload Existing Media to Knowmia

Using the Knowmia (formerly TechSmith Relay) Recorder, you can upload pre-existing images or video to your Knowmia Media Library.

In terms of file formats, you can upload MP4, MOV, and AVI video files. For images, you can upload JPEG, PNG, and GIF files.

Please note: You will to update your Knowmia Recorder to the latest version in order to take advantage of this me functionality.

Uploading Videos and Images to Knowmia Relay

1. Click the Upload icon in the upper left hand corner of the Knowmia Recorder.
   
2. Click Add Media.
   
3. Select the video(s) and/or image(s) you want to upload.
   
4. Click Upload All to send the selected content to your library in TechSmith Relay.
   
5. Once your media content is uploaded successfully, you will receive a confirmation message. Your videos and images will now appear in your TechSmith Relay Media Library. You will receive an email confirmation when your content is ready for viewing.
