Problem
Huawei Android device is running into performance issues such as:
- Unable to install the Coach's Eye app
- Unable to record videos
- App becomes unresponsive when changing settings, sharing videos, or exporting videos
- Unable to view Lockers
- Tools do not function
- Unable to record an analysis or view analyzed video
Solution
We have not tested Huawei devices with Coach's Eye; as a result, are unable to support them at this time.
