(Multi-Seat Subscriptions) Unblock an Account

At manage.techsmith.com, you can view and manage your Direct orders (multi-seat subscriptions purchased via the sales team) for these cloud products:

knowmia pro icon TechSmith Knowmia Pro assets for camtasia icon TechSmith Assets for Camtasia
audiate icon TechSmith Audiate logo_screencast.png Screencast Pro

If a payment on your invoice for a multi-seat subscription is overdue, your multi-seat account may become blocked, and you can view the corresponding hint at manage.techsmith.com > Direct orders: “Sorry, your account was blocked to prevent new purchases”.

in direct orders, on the subscription page, above the hint about unpaid invoices, you can view another hint saying that sorry, your account was blocked to prevent new purchases. For more information, please contact the TechSmith team at www.techsmith.com/contact.html

While your account for multi-seat subscriptions is blocked, the following restrictions apply:

You cannot purchase additional products or seats and renew a subscription.

If you start placing an order, in Order summary, the Purchase option will be unavailable.

in the order summary section, the purchase button is inactive

You cannot transfer the subscription to a different owner.

in the manage ownership pop-up window, you can view an error saying that subscription cannot be transferred because the current owner is blocked
