Add an Audio Description Track

To improve the accessibility of your media for blind or low vision users, add an audio description track to describe the essential visual information that occurs during audio pauses or action not provided in the captions.

1. On My Library tab, click to open the media to add the audio description track.
2. Click the Accessibility tab.
3. Click Add Audio Description.
4. The Upload Audio Description dialog opens. Drag a MP3 or M4A file into the dialog or click the browse for file link to select a file from your computer.
5. Click Upload.

Viewers can access the audio description track by clicking the AD button in the video player.

Update an Audio Description Track

1. On My Library tab, click to open the media to replace the audio description track.
2. Click the Accessibility tab.
3. Click the Modify button for the Audio Description and select Replace.
4. The Upload Audio Description dialog opens. Drag a MP3 or M4A file into the dialog or click the browse for file link to select a file from your computer.
5. Click Replace.

The Audio Description track uploads. It must process before it is ready to play back.
