Share Media

Quickly share accessible videos that engage students.

Change the Media Privacy Setting

On the Library tab, click to open the media.
Click the Privacy tab and select the desired privacy setting:
- Only people with the link: Anyone with a link can view. Hidden from search engines
- Only you: Only you can view this media (Private).

On the Library tab, click the Share button on the media to share.
The Share Media dialog appears. On the Link tab, click the Copy button to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Paste the link into the location to share with others such as in an email or course syllabus.

When a user clicks the link, it opens in a web browser window. Viewers can see the media, title, and description. See Add Media Details.

Copy the embed code to share your media on a website or Learning Management System (LMS).

On the Library tab, click the Share button on the media to share.
The Share Media dialog appears. On the Embed tab, enter the target dimensions for the video size into the Width and Height fields.
Click the Copy button to copy the embed code to your clipboard.
Paste the embed code into the HTML source code for your website or LMS.

Add a Collection to share a group of media with a class or group. When you share a link to the Collection,

viewers have the option to follow a Collection in their Feed. The Feed shows the latest media from any Collections you follow.

On the Library tab, click the icon next to a Collection and select Share.
Click the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard to paste into an email, your course site, or another location to share with your viewers.
