What is up with Audiate?!?!??! It keeps erroring out and I lose my projects!

SO frustrating two days of work down the drain!

I have two projects that I have spent two days on and all of sudden won't save the work. 

TechSmith won't email me back. 

Anyone else having issues?!?!
