Camera Won't Capture at Less Than 60 FPS
I am using a capture card to record clean hdmi out from a canon m6 mark ii. I set the frame rate to 30 in camtasia, but it always ends up at 60 fps. I have tried two different capture cards, each gives me different options, but I get the same result of 60 fps. I have dug around in the canon camera settings but there is nothing relating to fps, only 4k or 1080. Anyone have this issue? Any tips? Thanks for your consideration!

I don't own a Cannon m6 mark 2 but I found a video that covers the video shooting settings menu.
Perhaps setting the camera to a lower frame rate will resolve it?
