Concerns about Poor Quality Video Capture - Distorted Colors and Low Resolution

Dear Developers and Customer Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the video capture functionality of your product. Specifically, I have noticed that the videos captured at the “Highest Quality” settings are of poor quality, with distorted colors and low resolution.

This issue has been causing me significant frustration, as it has been preventing me from being able to use the videos I capture for their intended purposes. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by adjusting various settings and using different devices, but the issue persists.

I believe that the video capture feature is a critical aspect of your product, and as such, it is imperative that it functions properly. I am hoping that you can investigate this issue further and work to resolve it promptly.

Hi Vovakops - which product, and which platform, are you using? You listed this under our Video Review product, however I'm guessing it is in reference to Snagit? Windows, or Mac?
