Audible Scrubbing in Audiate

Feature Request User Story #1:

As a video producer and editor using Audiate integration with Camtasia, I want the ability to be able to scrub the audio wave pattern and hear audibly, the sound of that specific portion of the wave on the timeline for more precise audio editing.

Feature Request User Story #2:

As a video producer and editor using Audiate integration with Camtasia, I want the ability to eliminate simultaneous background/peripheral noise residue during a Voice-Over such as scratching sounds or airplanes or dog barking, etc. I want to be able to do this without negatively impacting the actual Voice-Over track.
