Ripple Delete - Keyboard Shortcut for the MAC

Please alow Mac users to set a custom keyboard shortcut for this action.  This is one of the most common actions taken during the course of an edit and the current default either takes two hands or requires lifting the right hand off the mouse to perform an awkward combination of keys, (command delete)

This really slows me down!  Allowing a custom shortcut for this will also make it possible to set the same keyboard shortcut that I use in other software programs for ripple delete.  This muscle memory tricks me at least 100 times per edit.  I am hitting the wrong keys in Camtasia to do the ripple delete. It is very frustrating!  Please fix!  You have done it for PC people, please do it on the Mac.
