Duplicate keyboard shortcut (CTRL + SHIFT + D) doesn't work

I just upgraded to SnagIt 2023.1.1 and when I press CTRL + SHIFT + D (the keyboard shortcut for "Duplicate"), nothing happens.

Other shortcuts, like CTRL + SHIFT + S (Save as) and CTRL + SHIFT + C (Copy) work fine.
